The end-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking. Towels are changed daily and bed linen every three days, unless specific requests are made.
All expenses related to the use of energy and heating are included in the booking, ensuring a comfortable stay without additional worries.
The minimum stay at Villa Toji is 1 night, allowing you to enjoy even a short but immersive taste of the luxury and comfort we offer.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed inside the property.
A City Tax is not included in the booking price. It amounts to €1 per person per day, contributing to municipal expenses for the maintenance and enhancement of the area. Children aged 14 and under are exempt from paying the tax.

Villa Toji is ideal for the exclusive rental of the entire property for family gatherings, groups of friends, corporate meetings, and weddings. In this case, guests will have exclusive access to all six rooms (up to 12 people) and common areas, including the kitchen. - You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
